Wow. We started landscaping last week! What a difference. The place is coming along great. Every little bit now brings us closer to the opening which is still sheduled for Oct. 2009. The pool is going to be awesome and we are planting more trees , bushes and grass…. new pictures are coming soon

Getting there:
from Cebu with car – take the Maayo ferry from Bato in Cebu to Tampi in Negros. Drive 30 k or so to Dauin.
from Cebu by bus – Go to the “south” Ceres terminal and take the bus, cost includes the ferry between the islands. the terminal is about 10 kilometers from Dauin Beach where Mike’s place is located. This is a very easy run – take the aircon bus.
on foot – take the fast ferry (49 pesos) or the pumpboat (39 pesos)from Bato to Sibulan – then pay 9 peso multicab fare to Dumaguete. If you are adventurous take a jeepney to Dauin (12k distant). Call Mike first for directions to the resort.
From Manila – Take the plane to the airport in Dumaguete. Ask Mike to have someone pick you up. This is another easy run. Just make sure that you go to the domestic terminal at the Manila airport. Both International and Domestic terminals are at the same runway, but on different sides and it is way to far to walk.
from Mindanao – Take any of the 3 ferrys from Dapitan to Dumaguete. Then get a lift to Dauin. Or you can take a vehicle on the ferry (Super Shuttle)
from Siquijor – take one of the fast ferrys to Dumaguete and get a lift the 12 k to Dauin from there
from Apo – flag down Mike’s Adventure Dive Boat and get a ride home!
